Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk or stir vigorously until combined. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Chipotle puree: Buy a can of chipotles in adobo and puree it in a food processor for a smooth, spicy paste you can use to flavor your chipotle mayo. Store the rest in the fridge for other recipes!Storing: Mason jars or other glass containers work great for storing homemade condiments in the fridge. We like to use these small prep bowls with lids for easy serving and storing. If you make lots of condiments (or have a bad memory), label your containers with tape so you know what’s inside!Serving suggestions: Use chipotle mayo as a sauce, spread, or dip on all your favorite foods. We love using it for burgers, sandwiches, sweet potato fries, and tacos! Check out our blog post above for more suggestions.
