This 4 ingredient cinnamon applesauce is the perfect recipe to make after a fall apple picking excursion! Cooks in just 20 minutes and makes your whole house smell amazing.
Add the apples, water, sugar, and cinnamon to a pot with a lid. Cover and cook over medium low heat, at a low simmer, for 20 minutes or until the apples are soft and mash easily.
Mash thoroughly and let cool for at least 30 minutes. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
