Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend on medium to high speed for a few minutes, scraping the sides of the blender as needed, until it’s smooth and creamy.
Serve cold with tortilla chips, or heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, to serve warm.
