Line a freezer safe tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Break the graham cracker sheets in half along the perforation for full-size s'mores. If you prefer smaller bite size s'mores, break in half along the perforations again.
Spread the hazelnut spread on half of the graham crackers (about 1 tablespoon each). Then, spread the marshmallow cream on the remaining graham crackers (about 1 tablespoon each).
Pair up the graham crackers to sandwich the hazelnut spread and marshmallow cream together, then place them on the prepared tray.
Freeze for at least 15 minutes, then enjoy immediately. See notes for instructions on longer term freezer storage.
Notes
Using spreads: Using spreads in place of a chocolate bar and marshmallows gives frozen s’mores the best texture for enjoying cold. The oil in these spreads will help prevent them from totally freezing all the way through - this means that they’ll be soft enough to easily bite into when you want to enjoy your s’mores straight from the freezer!Don’t be afraid to lay the spreads on thick! A good s’more is gooey and messy - these should be, too.Freezer storage: If you want to make these in advance and store them in the freezer, let them set for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a freezer safe container. They'll keep for up to 3 months in the freezer.
