Lime or lemon variation: Adding a bit of lime or lemon juice can tailor this aioli to a specific dish you want to use it for! Lime works great for Mexican food, while lemon works well with seafood, Mediterranean dishes, or Asian flavors. Note that it will thin out the aioli a bit, which is great if you want to drizzle it over something like tacos.Serving suggestions: Sriracha aioli goes great with everything!
